Upgrades take effect within 24-hours. Once on the new plan, you’ll pay the new price for the remaining days of the current billable month. Downgrades take effect within 24-hours. Once on the new plan, you’ll pay the new price for the remaining days of the current billable month. You’ll receive a credit for any over payment in the month, added to your credit balance to be applied to future invoices. Cancellations will take place at the end of your current billable month.

Annual Plans
Upgrades take effect within 24-hours. Once on the new plan, you’ll pay the new price for the remaining days and months of your existing subscription. Downgrades take effect within 24-hours. There is no refund for the unused portion of the annual payment. Cancellations will take place at the end of the current billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my paid plan?

If you exceed your paid plan, there will be no disruption to your service. You will be charged for additional usage at the rates of $3.00 per UGC asset (eg. one video, social post or image).
